Card capture readers

All PERCo products are mass-produced, have ISO certification and EU declarations of conformity. Equipment is shipped from the warehouse only after having a multi-level quality control.

Card capture readers operate within access control systems managed by controllers and are used to capture of visitors’ temporary passes and for employees’ identification.

Unless a visitor drops a card in the card capture reader (special slot on a front panel is designed for it), blocking device will not allow the passage. Withdrawn cards are kept in a container. Employees can use a card capture reader as a regular card reader. At the same time, it’s designed in such way that employees passes can’t drop down into the card collector even occasionally.

Card capture readers are installed in one set together with turnstiles. In order to provide a fast and comfortable passage, it’s recommended to install 1 set (card capture reader + turnstile) for each 500 persons.

IC05 card capture reader is multi-purpose, having no limitations on choosing card types and interface formats of the reader’s output as it allows installing reader with required characteristics.

IC02 card capture reader has a built-in reader and is designed to operate within PERCo-Web access control system. It supports RS-485 interface and operates with HID and EM-Marin card types.

PERCo card capture reader is characterized by a simplicity of the exploitation, by a commodity of the container extraction with the cards withdrawn from visitors and also by a stylish design of a hull. An indication block is located on the upper cover of the card capture reader that allows to understand intuitively where to present or drop down the card.

One of the advantages of PERCo card capture reader is a сonvenience of the extraction of the container with cards. Lock key for the container extraction is situated on the front part of the card capture reader side. This significantly facilitates not only the access cards extraction process but an equipment installation itself.

A card capture reader post is made of stainless steel that allows to use the card capture reader by designing of the access control systems on the checkpoints with high design requirements. Besides, the devices for cards collection are made in a common design with the PERCo turnstiles, swing gates and railings that allows to create a common ensemble on the checkpoint.
