Suprema Biometric controller

Biometric controllers and readers of the company Suprema work on the Protocol BioStar 2. The PERCo system uses the following models:

• controllers: BioEntry Plus, BioEntry W2
• desktop readers: line BioMini (BioMini, BioMini Plus 2, BioMini Slim)

The controllers are connected via Ethernet. The network and hardware configuration of the Suprema is accomplished in the interface of PERCo access control system.

The Suprema equipment can be operational if there is basic software SN01 and one PERCo controller with Ethernet interface.

PERCo softawre provides:

• search and configuration of the equipment Suprema
• installation of network settings
• basing and storing the fingerprints of employees and visitors
• reporting based on passages using biometric readers

The system supports storage up to 10 fingerprints for one employee/visitor.

The maximum number of fingerprints stored in the controller:

• BioEntry Plus – 10 000
• BioEntry W2 – 1 000 000

Number of users:

• BioEntry Plus – 5 000
• BioEntry W2 – 500 000

Number of events in the event log:

• BioEntry Plus – 50 000
• BioEntry W2 – 1 000 000

PERCo system supports at biometric access points following types of rights:

• access card
• fingerprint
• access card and fingerprint
• access card or fingerprint

With controllers and readers Suprema, as weekly schedule as rotating shift schedule can be used for emplyee access.

The integration of the desktop BioMini allows recording biometric data of employees/visitors in the unified centralized manner by the personnel department or the security office.
