Access control at the checkpoint

Access to the University's territory is provided by means of the campus card. In order to pass through the turnstile, it is necessary to present the card to the reader.

Full-height turnstiles can be used to control access to the campus. The robust design allows you to withstand a large flow of visitors and provide the maximum level of protection from unauthorized access. This model of turnstiles can be used outdoors. Full-height rotor turnstiles can be supplemented with full-height gates for organizing evacuation exit.

Speed gates that provide the highest throughput, comfortable passageway width and elegant appearance can be used for access control in campus buildings. Speed gates unlock upon receiving an emergency release signal or when the power is turned off.

Compact tripod turnstiles can be installed even in the smallest passageway and used for protection against intruders on the territory of dormitories and sports facilities. Antipanic barrier arms allow you to quickly ensure an emergency and safe exit in case of emergency.

To simplify installation and preserve the appearance of the checkpoint, a ready-made "IP-Stile" system - a turnstile with built-in readers, a controller, and software - will be an excellent solution.

Control of access to internal premises

The system allows you to differentiate access to the premises of an educational institution. For example, students can use their IDs to access classrooms, libraries, and gyms, but access to the rector's office or accounting department will be blocked.

Access is also differentiated by time: for example, on weekends students will not be able to enter the laboratories and administrative offices, while access to the library and dormitory will be open.

You can use the "Armed" and "Double check" modes in order to improve the access control to certain rooms, for example, in a laboratory. When these modes are activated, you will only be able to get inside in the presence of a teacher or other employee with the proper access rights.

Information about the students, teachers and employees movements at the University is recorded in the system, which makes it easy to find out who and where was in a specified period of time.

Attendance control

When the campus card is presented to the reader, the access control system registers data about the entrance and exit of students. Reports are generated based on this data.

These systems can also be used to monitor the workforce management control of employees of higher education institutions.

Cashless payment

The campus card can be used for awarding scholarships and various payments on campus. The card can be used to make purchases in student cafes, vending machines, and you can use it to pay bills at payment terminals installed on the University's territory. Refunds and discounts are applied automatically when payment is done with a campus card.

Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University

Two academic buildings and a dormitory. Campus project is released based on PERCo access control system.

Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" named after V. I. Ulyanov (Lenin)

12 buildings, 9000 students. Campus project is released based on PERCo access control system.

Currently, campus card is used as a pass and payment tool, and in future it is planned to be used as an electronic library card.

Irkutsk National Research Technical University

The first stage of campus project was released with PERCo equipment. Speed gates are installed at the entrance of the University. VTB bank campus card is used as a pass and payment tool.

Penza State Agrarian University

Currently, the University carries out the first part of this project, the main task is to increase the security level of the educational institution and improve discipline among teachers and students. PERCo tripod turnstiles are installed in educational buildings and Sberbank campus card is used as a pass. In future, it is planned to implement electronic access to the dormitory, library, canteen, as well as the use of a campus card instead of several documents.

Volgograd Socio-Pedagogical University

PERCo equipment and Sberbank campus cards made it possible to implement a campus project designed for a total of 6.5 thousand students. The campus card combines a pass to the territory of the University buildings, library card, student's ID, and a record book.

Pacific National University (Khabarovsk)

Project is released based on PERCo equipment and Binbank campus cards, which simultaneously combine a pass, an electronic library card, and a payment tool for teachers and students. The next stage of the project involves implementation of a mobile application that will open the possibility to check the class schedule and other aspects of student life, as well as to use a smartphone instead of a pass in order to get in.
