About us
The industrial enterprise checkpoint is the first line of safety where you need to organize access control.
Automatic access control at the checkpoint provides:
A set of blocking devices either turnstiles or swing gates is installed at the entrance. PERCo turnstiles and swing gates meet sophisticated requirements of various enterprises.
Full-height turnstiles are installed at sites with high security requirements, which completely block the passage zone.
Controllers and readers are connected to the turnstiles, providing automation control. Turnstiles can be additionally equipped with face recognition modules and weighers.
Automatic swing gates and "Antipanic" rotary sections are used for fast evacuation of people in case of emergency.
Access cards (including those with copy protection), fingerprints, and smartphones with NFC are used by employees to pass through the turnstiles, visitors use temporary ID cards.
User data is collected automatically according to scanned documents, or it can be entered to the system manually.
PERCo card capture readers are used to collect visitor's cards.
Enhanced access control is implemented at sites with increased security requirements. In order to improve the access control, it is possible to organize a passage with operator confirmation or with automatic confirmation from an external verification device, such as a face recognition module.
A turnstile equipped with an external verification device like a breathalyzer, allows preventing access of inebriated employees to the facility.
A verification point is created to exclude the possibility of transferring the card to another person.
After presentation of ID card to the reader, the photo of the card holder obtained from the database will be displayed on the security monitor, thus in case of mismatch, the security will press the button on the remote control in order to prohibit access.
In cases when verification point is far from the security's workplace, an image from video camera connected to the reader can be displayed on the security's monitor for easy comparison.
Modern PERCo solutions allow you to control the passage of personal and company vehicles to the protected area. Travel zones are equipped with boom barriers, video cameras and long-range card readers.
The readers have a signal range of up to 1 meter, which allows the driver not to leave the vehicle when presenting a card.
PERCo systems allow organizing a lock-chamber by installing two boom barriers at the checkpoint. The validity of a vehicle pass is checked before the first one; security guards examine the vehicle and either allow or reject pass before the second boom barrier.
Automation of vehicle access control on the territory of the enterprise provides:
PERCo systems allow you to differentiate access rights between employees and visitors by location, time, and status. This is especially important for rooms where documents or material assets are stored: the personnel department, accounting, cashier's department, warehouse, manager's office, etc. Depending on the specified rights assigned to the ID, access may be allowed to some rooms and restricted or forbidden to others.
Time differentiation specifies access rights to rooms only at certain times according to the work schedule.
Cardholders with a certain level of access have the right to set the room to Armed mode when leaving and to Disarm it when returning. At the same time, employees who have access in normal mode will not be able to get into the room if it is in "Armed" mode.
For warehouses, it is possible to set up the "Double-check verification" mode, when passage will only be granted if a double-check card has been presented.
An effective solution for continuous monitoring of security level at the site is the organization of a Central security post.
The Central post allows you to receive information from the system equipment and quickly react in case of emergency situations.
Upon receiving information about an alarming event, a security guard can promptly take the necessary measures, remotely open the doors of rooms for free passage in case of a fire, unlock turnstiles and gates for emergency evacuation of employees and visitors, or, conversely, set the "Closed" mode for blocking devices in case of unauthorized access.
It is also possible to configure the system behavior: which actions to perform automatically in case of an alarm situation – you can set the system's algorithm of actions when a certain event has occurred.
It is possible to automate the control of labor discipline by means of access control equipment and special software. The time when employees pass through the turnstiles is saved in the system and then used to compile reports on latecomers, early leavings, and absentees.
PERCo system allows you to automatically log the working hours, in compliance with flexible work schedules of employees.
Registration of the entry time at the checkpoint/exit is carried out on the basis of installed turnstiles.
In case workplaces are at a distance from a checkpoint, stationary time and attendance terminals are used. Employee presents card to the device at the beginning and end of the working day.
Industrial enterprises have their own cafe for employees and visitors.
PERCo solution allows you to organize non-cash payments for employees ' meals by means of the same proximity cards that are used in the access control and management system. In addition, with the help of special software, you can apply various schemes of discounts and compensation, monitor the schedule of visits to the canteen/cafe by employees, and obtain reports on the number of sold dishes and the earned amount.
