The entrance to a government institution is equipped with blocking devices that allow incoming visitors to pass only when they present a card.

PERCo offers compact tripods and box tripod turnstiles for municipal institutions, tax offices, and pension funds. They provide a high throughput as well as operational efficiency.

Elegant models of speed gates, rotary and box turnstiles made of stainless steel, glass and polished stone are installed in various administration buildings.

Additional railing sections are installed to form a passageway zone and allow you to create a variety of passageway zone configurations. PERCo produces railing systems made in the same design with turnstiles and swing gates, which allows you to design the interior in the same style. The "Antipanic" barrier arms allow you to quickly create exit emergency situations.

Card capture readers are used for automatic collection of temporary cards.

Employees and visitors use proximity cards to pass through the turnstiles. Employees have permanent cards while visitors have temporary. The turnstile unlocks and the cardholder can pass without hindrance when a valid card is presented to the reader.

PERCo solutions allow you to quickly issue temporary cards for visitors. Documents are scanned with the use of a special module.

The information is saved to the system upon a driver license or a passport scan.

The issued temporary card will be withdrawn from the visitor upon leaving. A card capture reader is used for this purpose. The turnstile unlocks for passage when a user drops the card in the slot of the card capture reader.

The government institution is visited by a large number of people every day. But visitors must not access the restricted areas.

All office doors are equipped with PERCo Electromechanical locks from the outside and an exit button from the inside. A proximity access card is used to get access to the room.

PERCo systems allow you to assign access rights to certain rooms and deny access to others, as well as allow to arm/disarm rooms by cardholders.

For example, the access cards of employees of the accounting Department contain rights to arm/disarm rooms. Other employees do not have such rights. In case when an employee of the accounting Department sets the room in Armed mode, other employees with the general access status will not be able to open the door with their card.

For full-scale protection of the institution, it is necessary to organize video surveillance and fire alarm systems, as well as a Central security post, where all information about the system status will be displayed.

PERCo solutions provide security by combining the capabilities of access control, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems.

For security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed around the perimeter of the building, as well as inside the rooms, which allow real-time tracking of any movement of employees or visitors.

All rooms are equipped with security alarms in order to prevent the door break-ins and entry through windows.

Fire detectors are installed for fire protection purposes.

A special module installed on the security computer is used to organize centralized monitoring of the site condition.

The security guard's monitor displays information about which security or fire alarm loop was triggered and in which room if case when an alarm situation occurred. By means of installed CCTV cameras, the security guard can monitor in real-time whether this triggering was false or true. Depending on the situation, the guard reacts to the signal: prevents further break-in or take measures to evacuate people.

For quick reaction, some system responses to alarm events are specified by programming. For example, the turnstile barrier arms automatically unlock and free up the passage when a fire alarm has been triggered.

It is necessary to control labor discipline, record worked hours and calculate wages for the effective operation of the institution.

In order to solve these tasks, PERCo uses the capabilities of already installed security hardware.

The time when employees pass through the turnstiles or doors is saved in the system and then used to compile reports on latecomers, early leavings, and absentees.

PERCo has developed two solutions for managing working hours: based on access control equipment and based on a special LICON time and attendance terminal.

PERCo system supports multi-shift and flexible schedules, and takes into account various types of labor order. System flexibility allows you to temporarily change the work schedule of a certain employee with an automatic return to the previous one.
