Entering the office is a key security point. Employees enter the office by using IDs: access cards, fingerprints, smartphones with NFC module.

For offices with more demanding access control requirements, PERCo offers a wide range of office turnstiles - from compact budget tripods to elite speed gates.

It is possible to organize a passage with operator verification for additional control of passageways, for example, in order to protect against entry by someone else's card. The operator compares the person who presents an ID Card with the image from the database and denies access in case of mismatch.

Temporary cards are issued for visitors. They enter the office building by identifier, just like employees. The card can be issued at the time of arrival or in advance. It is possible to pre-order cards in the PERCo-Web system.

The identifier will allow you only to enter the rooms that were allowed by the administration and during working hours. By means of identifier, the reliable employee can set the room in Armed mode, so other employees will not be able to enter in their absence.

Modern PERCo controllers and readers perfectly fit into the design of the rooms.

PERCo locks for standard and profile office doors are designed specifically for use in access control systems. Their unique characteristic is the supply of power through the contact group in the door bolt. This preserves the appearance of the door and simplifies installation.

Adapters and reed switches are not required, the PERCo-Web system receives information about opening and closing the door through the same contact group.

Access control equipment is also used for workforce management control.

Employees use IDs: access cards, fingerprints, or smartphones to register their entry and exit time.

Based on these data, the system generates reports on labor discipline:

• late attendance
• early leaving
• absence

Convenient and accurate accounting of working hours can be organized by means of a special Time and Attendance terminal – LICON controller. It can be installed anywhere in the office, for example, near the front door

LICON not only registers events but also shows the employee the time of their arrival/departure, informs about violations or incorrect card presenting.
