PERCo security equipment and systems are developed by the company’s in-house specialists.
The Research and Development Division of PERCo comprises a design bureau, hardware and software departments. All new products are tested for endurance and weather resistance, electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and fire safety as required.

Technical support
- The company unfailingly fulfills its warranty and post-warranty obligations as the manufacturer throughout the product lifetime
- The Technical Support Department provides customers with technical advice as well as with after-sales service, and carries out warranty repairs
- PERCo’s certified service centers render assistance to business partners, including installation organizations, in providing maintenance, which ensures effective customer service for end buyers of PERCo products.
Training
The PERCo Training Center is equipped with computers and booths with operating equipment and regularly conducts training workshops focused on the study and implementation of the PERCo security system for users and installers.
The study of security products manufactured by PERCo is included in the compulsory curriculum at 12 higher education institutions in Russia and the CIS countries.
