Expansion of production volume at PERCo manufacturing plant

Due to the production volume growth, PERCo continues to expand its production and technological base.

Two CNC turning centers manufactured by TAKISAWA Machine Tool Company were commissioned for processing parts of complex geometry, as part of the manufacturing plant's machine park renovation and modernization. The equipment allows making turnstile drive parts from one setup. In addition to turning, the machine performs drilling and milling operations.

Constant modernization and enhancement of technological processes along with the purchase of advanced equipment, allow the company to manufacture products that meet international quality standards and provide the customers with 5 years of warranty, the longest warranty period in the security market to date.
