News from Britain: PERCo turnstiles at Flamingo Land parks

PERCo box tripod turnstiles and motorised swing gates have been installed at the entrance of Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo in North Yorkshire. Flamingo Land Resort is the UK?s only site containing a theme park, zoo, spa / gym / leisure centre, golf course and holiday accommodation all in one location stretched over 375 acres.

This installation was a part of a bigger project to re-equip the Flamingo Land sites with a new integrated admission control system incorporating PERCo^® gates and turnstiles. The software is designed by our UK sales partner Directional Data Systems Ltd who were also responsible for complete installation and setup of the project.

At the moment DDS are involved in a similar project with Pleasure Island Family Theme Park, another enterprise operated by Flamingo Land Ltd in the Lincolnshire County.
