PERCo-WS "Standard package software"

PERCo-WS «Standard software package» allows organizing fully functioning Access Control System at the enterprise that supports all main functions for security assurance including: access control by time, zonality control (antipass), access with double-check verification.

«Administration» section allows carrying out the initial configuration of the system devices, adding new operators and license the system, it helps to control the workflow of the system and creates reports on registered events.

«Employees» section allows you to computerize the process of input and storage of employee’s data and helps to create the time-tables. It also helps to manage lists of positions and departments of the enterprise.

«Pass office» section helps to automate the pass issue procedure for employees and visitors of the enterprise.

«Access control» section helps to create reports on passes through turnstiles, access to premises, employees/visitors location at the specified time. This section can be controlled remotely for the prompt response purposes.

«Pass order» section helps to automate processes of ID Card booking for visitors. Pass order tab is used for Visitor ID Card booking and their further issuing in the «Pass office» section.

Archive tab is used for Visitors ID Card re-booking based on the previously added information that is stored in the archive.
