Access control system PERCo-Web Software

System software consists of «Basic software package» module and additional software modules to expand the functionality of the system. Software can be ordered either as a part of modules set or separately. Operation of additional modules is possible only together with «Basic software package» module.

PERCo-WS «Standard software package» allows organizing fully functioning Access Control System at the enterprise that supports all main functions for security assurance including: access control by time, zonality control (antipass), access with double-check verification.

PERCo-WM-01 «Time & Attendance» module allows keeping records of employees' working hours and prepare the reports on discipline.

PERCo-WM-02 «Verification» module allows increasing the access control to the territory of the enterprise due to the verification procedure performed by operator at the security desk.

Free of charge module PERCo-WB «Basic software package» does not require licensing and allows you to organize access control with the following restrictions:

The number of access cards in the system will be limited to the first 100 registered cards;
The ability to enter data and issue access cards to visitors will be unavailable.

Licensing procedure

To simplify the procedure for acquiring a license for the system software, as well as for acquaintance with its capabilities, within 60 days from its first execute, the software works in a trial mode. At the same time, all functionality of all software modules is preserved.

After the end of the trial period, access to additional software modules for which an activation code was not entered will be prohibited. If you the license for the «Standard Software Package» hasn’t been purchased, the software will automatically switch to the free WB module «Basic software package».

In this case, all previously entered information about access cards and visitors will be stored in the database of the system and access to it will be restored after the purchase of the «Standard software package» module.

Server requirements

To operate the system on a PC, a licensed version of the Microsoft Windows operating system must be installed. It is acceptable to use 64-bit versions of the OS.

Recommended to use are the versions of OS Windows Server: 2008 R2, 2012 R2
It’s possible to use Windows: 7, 8.1, 10

To work with the system, one of the following web browsers is needed:

Microsoft IE version 10 or higher
Google Chrome version 32 or higher
Mozilla Firefox version 32 or higher
Opera version 30 or higher
Microsoft Edge

Client PC requirements

To operate the system on a PC, a licensed version of the OS of the Microsoft Windows family or Apple Mac OS must be installed. Recommended for using OS: Windows 7, 8.1, 10; MacOS X or higher.

To work with the system, one of the following web browsers is needed:
